A Day-in-the-Life video lets you see firsthand the difficulties the plaintiff and their family are having in coping with injury and portrays the plaintiff working hard to accomplish a small goal, but shown in a positive light. The point is to honestly and accurately show how the plaintiff's routine and normal life has been changed by his or her handicap, and to help the jury measure the loss. |

Video of a an accident re-enactment can be a powerful tool in the courtroom, enabling the jury to view an accident from multiple perspectives. This allows for comparison that would not otherwise be possible. Accident reenactment includes personal injury, automobile, slip and fall or any work-related accidents. |

More and more attorneys are covering themselves by having the Will read by the testator or testatrix on videotape so that the heirs can see for themselves the condition of the testator / testatrix at the time the Will was signed. The video may minimize the likelihood of a will contest. Video Wills should not be made in place of a written Will, but rather, the video Will should supplement the written Will. In addition, the video Will must be stored in a safe place in order to ensure its preservation over time. Furthermore, the video Will can serve as evidence that the formalities of the Will execution were fulfilled.

There are two types of prenuptial agreements: marriage contract for people who are married or about to be married, and cohabitation agreement for unmarried couples. A variation for people who are already married is a post-nuptial agreement, also called a post-marital agreement. |
